It is mandatory to make an appointment to be able to do a photo shoot at Magenta Photo with the exception of passport photos.
It is important to choose the type of session you want, because once there, it will not be possible to change unless the schedule allows. For any questions regarding our packages, we invite you to communicate directly with the studio closest to you.
Magenta Photo offers to its customers the opportunity to book online through its online booking platform except for the sessions below, as some restrictions apply:
– Mini sessions other than for a business portrait
– Sessions with animals
To book one of these sessions, contact the studio closest to you.
A deposit of $ 50 will be required to reserve your appointment and will be refunded or applied to other products / services on the day of the session unless the cancellation policy has not been respected.
Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email telling you the date and time of your appointment as well as the information you need to prepare for your session. It is very important to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session to start on time.
Change or cancellation of the appointment
It is possible to change the date or time of your appointment by communicating with your studio by telephone within a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. If this deadline is not respected or if you do not attend your appointment without warning, your deposit will be automatically charged as a cancellation fee.
